Support Vital Research
At least 300,000 people in the UK are currently living with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). All of those affected by Crohn’s and Colitis face an uncertain future, as there is no known cure for these unpredictable diseases.
Imagine what a world free from Crohn’s and Colitis could be like. A world where people’s lives can’t be turned upside down in a moment.
With your support, we can move closer than ever to this goal. And research holds the key.
With help from generous people like you, Dr James Lee has discovered sets of genes that determine how IBD will progress in a patient. Now he’s beginning a clinical trial in 50 centres around the UK, which will start patients on the most effective treatment for them, based on their genetic profile.
Your support will help people with IBD, like Marc, get the very best treatment for their individual needs, as soon as they are diagnosed.
But there are still so many people who need help – and so much more scientists need to discover.
Please, will you help make even more groundbreaking research possible by taking part in the 2017 Raffle for Research?
